Strong By Sarah was founded by Sarah Wyland, a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and weightlifter who spent years trying every diet and exercise program on the market before learning life is too short to never eat cake. With a heart for both women and living well, she developed Strong By Sarah to promote just that – a full, healthy, balanced life, cake included.
