What is Strong By Sarah Nutrition Coaching?
Strong By Sarah Nutrition Coaching is rooted in the belief that food is fuel. Your body needs fuel to function day-to-day, not to mention do the things you love be it compete in weightlifting meets, run marathons, or play tag in the backyard with your kids. Through flexible dieting, you’ll find food freedom, feel satisfied, and not give up your favorite foods.
What is flexible dieting?
Flexible dieting allows you the freedom to eat whatever you would like as long as it fits your macros. Think of it as a game of Tetris with protein, carbs, and fat. With flexible dieting, we’re getting away from the idea of “bad” foods versus “good” foods and eating the proper balance of macronutrients to fuel our day-to-day lives, reach goals, and enjoy our meal times again.

What if I’ve never tracked macros before?
I’ll teach you. We’ll work together to find a tracking tool that works for you, learn about how to measure/weight our food, and talk through any concerns or worries you may have. Soon, you’ll be a macro PRO – while enjoying your favorite foods and seeing the results you want.

How is Strong By Sarah Nutrition Coaching structured?
You’ll start by completing a comprehensive intake form that tells me more about you – current stats, what are your goals, what has your diet looked like in the past, any food allergies or restrictions, even your concerns about dieting.
From there, I’ll determine your first set of macros as well as some tips on how to reach them. Each week, you will check-in with me on progress and I’ll adjust macros accordingly. I’ll also provide ongoing support via email.
What kind of results can I expect?
That’s up to you.
Strong By Sarah Nutrition Coaching can tell you your macros, but it’s up to you to do the work. If you are consistent, make good food choices most of the time (most – I don’t expect perfection, that’s not realistic), you will see results.
What if I want fitness programming?
If you’re looking for fitness programming, Strong By Sarah has two options to choose from. Learn about them right here. If you sign up for a fitness program, you will receive a code for a discount on nutrition coaching (discount varies depending on program enrollment!)
