There’s a woman, sporting a “perfect” body, and proclaiming that you, too, can have a body like hers. Intrigued, you click the link in her profile.
You can, in fact, have a body like hers, but only if you give up carbs/go to the gym every day/do only cardio/drink celery juice every single morning…
The sad part?
You think about it.
Maybe you could give up carbs. Two hours at the gym several days a week might be doable. You hate treadmills, but if it would help you get a body like hers… But celery juice? You really hate celery…
You move on, but you can’t help but think “what if?”
